And as long as we work together, none of your competitors will be able to become my client. You get to use me exclusively.
  3. In the completely unprecedented event that you feel like you wasted your time with me; I'll send you $100.00 as payment immediately. Your time is your most valuable asset, and I respect that.

Here's how it will work:

First, I'll get on the phone with you and go over your business. I'll take a look at what you have, what you're doing, and what you want to achieve going forward.

Once I have those "raw materials," I'll help you come up with a plan of action to increase profits — in some cases dramatically.

There are a number of ways I might do this for you. For example, I might show you how to get more sales or leads from the traffic you're already getting, how to create recurring revenue, how to pull in buyers from additional traffic sources, or how to reactivate past customers.

And again, there's no charge for this.

First off – I do it because I enjoy it! It's personally rewarding to see someone achieve real financial success as a result of the help I give them.

Second, it's how I attract consulting clients.

Assuming you're happy with our initial call and you want to produce these types of plans all the time, you'll probably want to continue working with me long term to help optimize and implement them.

In that case, I might invite you to become a consulting client.

My "fee" is $997 a month...but if you think about it, it really doesn't "cost" you anything. Why?

Because I expect to make you much more than $997 per month...and if we keep working together over the next 12 months, I'm confident I can double your entire business...at a minimum.

Actually, I can likely give you a plan to make more than $997 during our first conversation – which is free! So you'll see the value by the time we hang up the phone – without ever spending a dime.

And if you don't want to become a client, don't worry about it. You won't get any sales pitch or pressure from me of any kind, ever.

Ironically, it's dead simple.

If you follow my advice, you will always get great results. 100% of the time. There's not one exception. What I do, and the way I will help you, always creates thrilling results.

So this really isn't some clever "risk reversal"
...because there isn't any risk to reverse!

As you can imagine, an offer like this will get A LOT of interest. That's why I need you to read this next part carefully:

I'm VERY picky about whom I'll speak with and I have a strict—but totally reasonable—set of criteria that need to be met in order for us to proceed.

Here it is:

  1. You must be the main decision maker and visionary for the business. If you have to report to or discuss anything with anyone before changes can be made, this is not the right offer for you.
  2. You have to have a solid business already. You should not consider this offer as a last ditch effort to save your business. This is for people who are already up-and-running and simply want to run a lot faster and a lot farther. This will not work for startups, get-rich-quick people, or "biz-opps". Nothing wrong with those, but this would not be the right way to work together.
  3. You must have a steady flow of leads and clients. This means that you're getting consistent traffic and making sales already. You are either getting some search traffic or running ads, and you're selling your services. You don't have to be a "market leader" — I'll help you get there—but you at least need to be PRESENT in your market.
  4. You must have an email list. It doesn't need to be that big...just reasonably responsive. It can be customers, clients, or prospects, but if you're not building a list, you're not building a long-term business.
  5. You must have a good, solid reputation. Everything we do together will not only bring you more sales and profits, but move you toward a position of "market leadership." I can't do that by "painting a pig," so you need to be able to visualize your business in that leadership position and have it make sense.
  6. You MUST follow directions and get the work done. Just "talking" won't make you any money; you didn't build your business by just talking about it, right? I know you get this, so I don't need to expand this further.
  7. You understand that this is NOT a "done for you" service, but rather a consulting service. I am not, nor do I work for, a marketing agency. Agencies hold your business ransom for monthly fees; and don't guide you or give you strategic plans to do effective marketing. Therefore, either you, someone on your team, or an outsourced independent contractor, will need to be able to implement the directions I give.

Now, if you DO become a client, I'm going to immediately schedule a follow-up call. On that call, we're going to come up with two things:

  1. A focused, 90-day tactical plan to increase revenue—and profits!—in the short-term.
  2. A long-term (12-24 month) income and lifestyle goal. One of the key things likely to be on the table will be additions and modifications to your business model to set you up for truly stellar growth!

And...I'll be giving you specific action steps to complete to hit both goals.

From that point forward, a few things will happen:

  1. One-on-one consulting
    We'll speak every two weeks on the phone: to monitor your progress, tweaking where needed; to keep you on the current plan; and to work with you every 90 days to create the next plan. This is one-on-one...not "group coaching" or anything like that. Just you and me focused on one thing: Making you money.
  2. Constant communication
    Between calls we'll stay in contact via email, in case you need immediate assistance or feel like you are getting off track. I also use this as a way to review your website's landing pages, sales funnels, ad copy, etc. I may even send revised sales copy for you and do some of the "heavy lifting" for you.
